Oh my God!

You know how much I was looking forward to the camps and how excited I was - all I can say is it was a million times better than I expected!!! Meerkats sitting on my head; two three month old lion cubs; elephants within touching distance as I relax in the sala; two adult female lions within touching distance from the vehicle; a pride of 14 lions setting out in the dusk for a night of hunting; a mother leopard playing with a cub 5 feet away from us; the most hospitable, friendly people I have ever met. As you can tell, I could go on for ever!
I have about 8 gigabits of photographs, including many meerkat on the head photos.
I'm already thinking about the next trip to Botswana. I love the people and their marvelous country.
Enough for now - we have just settled into Illyria House; down to dinner soon.
You have helped give me one of the finest, happiest experiences of my life. I cried as I left everyone at Mombo today.
