Try a Luxury Camp on the “Vanishing River”

Set deep in the wilderness on the prosperous Savute Channel, Savuti Camp was surrounded by flowing water for the previous 7 years; however due to changing climatic conditions, the Savute Channel is reverting to a dry river bed. Camp facilities include a thatched dining area, plunge pool and large viewing deck with fire pit. Wildlife viewing is particularly good for elephant and leopard. Savuti Camp is about 1hr 30 minutes drive from Duma Tau.
Activities include day and night game drives and walking safaris on request. Sit and wait hides are productive activities to get you close to the wildlife, especially elephants.
