We offer two types of mobile tented safaris: the basic style is semi-luxury, using 2-person dome tents in private camp sites; the more comfortable style is luxury mobile, with large walk in tents with en suite bathrooms, also in private sites. Each style has a camp chef to cook meals and camp hands to assist with chores and to 'put up' camp. The camps are exclusive, the guides are excellent and there is a great deal of flexibility with activities and how you do them.

Each mobile safari requires a minimum of 4 participants and we can run a safari with up to 14 people if required. Mobile safaris are cost effective and great for families or small groups of friends.

Our mobile and private guides often visit North America and Europe in the off season (January to March), so it is sometimes possible to meet your guide before the safari.

We have included some itinerary suggestions. Like the custom designed safaris we can adjust the itinerary to suit your needs. For example, after a 5 day mobile tented safari in Moremi, Botswana we can add 3 nights in a luxury lodge in the Chobe area.
